Senior Process Mining Consultant

Role Description

As a Senior Process Mining Consultant, you are responsible for delivering process mining projects end-to-end: on time, on budget, and within scope. You act as the primary point of contact for clients and function as the central “spider in the web” within project teams. You ensure alignment between client needs, project execution, and measurable value. You understand the broader context of the client, translate this into a clear direction, and ensure that the project team consistently delivers against it.

What you’ll do

• Own delivery of process mining projects within scope, timeline and budget
• Act as main client contact, managing expectations and building strong stakeholder relationships
• Align internal and external stakeholders and act as the central coordinator in projects
• Translate client goals and long-term vision into clear project direction
• Identify opportunities to expand and deepen client engagements
• Apply and safeguard DataLane methodologies and standards
• Structure and steer project execution, managing risks, scope and dependencies
• Translate analyses into actionable improvements and measurable value realization
• Ensure high-quality deliverables through reviews and quality control
• Guide and support consultants to ensure consistent, high-quality output

What you bring

• 5+ years of experience in consulting, preferably in process mining, data, or business improvement
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with data and tools (e.g. Celonis, Power BI or similar)
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills (English). Fluency in Dutch language is a strong plus.
• Proven ability to translate data into real business value
• Experience with project ownership (scope, planning, risk management)
• Ability to build and drive a long-term client vision
• Strong ownership, accountability, and delivery mindset
