Process Intelligence Consultant
To support DataLane’s growth, we are looking for a Process Intelligence Consultant who wants to develop themselves in a fast-paced, high-impact consulting environment.
- 1–4 years of experience in consulting, data, or a related analytical field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Affinity with data, processes, and technology (e.g. Celonis, Power BI or similar tools)
- Relevant academic background or equivalent experience
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal, English). Dutch is a strong plus
- Proactive and self-driven mindset with a strong sense of ownership
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in teams
- Willingness and ability to continuously learn and develop
- Structured and detail-oriented way of working
Senior Process Intelligence Consultant
To support DataLane’s growth, we are looking for a Senior Process Intelligence Consultant who can combine delivery excellence with strong client ownership.
- 5+ years of experience in consulting, preferably in process mining, data, or business improvement
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with data and tools (e.g. Celonis, Power BI or similar)
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills (English). Fluency in Dutch language is a strong plus
- Proven ability to translate data into real business value
- Experience with project ownership (scope, planning, risk management)
- Ability to build and drive a long-term client vision
- Strong ownership, accountability, and delivery mindset
AI / Agentic Developer
You’ll design, build and ship the AI agents and ML applications that act inside our clients’ processes — on Microsoft, Azure and leading LLMs — and keep them reliable in production.
- 3+ years building software in Python (and/or .NET)
- Experience with LLMs, agent frameworks, RAG or ML
- Familiarity with Azure and the Microsoft AI stack
- You ship to production and care about reliability
- Pragmatic about human-in-the-loop and guardrails
- Able to explain technical choices to a non-technical client
- Fluent English; Dutch, German or Italian a plus
