Team Lead

We are looking for a Team Lead within the department of consultants NL. This will be a new role where you are responsible for the personal development, growth and output of 10 consultants and will also play a vital role in customer projects. Your time will be divided by working on customer projects (50%) and being responsible for the team in the Team Lead position (50%).

For us it is important that you have process mining skills, or experience in data science, data engineering or process improvement. Because of the expertise area the consultants operate in, they will benefit from a Team Lead who truly understands their business, challenges and can provide professional feedback related to actual cases.

You can switch between tasks easily. You could be at a customer location on Monday morning, discussing the outcome of a project and the next steps to take, after lunch you will hop into your car or on the train to have a couple of one on ones with consultants at the office. The next day you work from home setting up a coaching path together with the People and Culture manager and for the rest of the week you have a few items on your list such as: following up on team targets, optimizing internal processes for better workflows for your team, following up meeting regarding engagement topics, assigning new projects to the team e.g.

This is a very dynamic and fun role, where no day is the same.

Someone who is great at project management and process optimization. Someone with a strong overview of things that can zoom in and out when needed.

• Excellent skills in both written and verbal communication in English
• Preferably experience in process mining, data science, data engineering or business improvement
• Master’s degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in a team lead role is not required, however coaching of people, proven leadership skills and a naturel predominance is needed to fulfill this role
• Stakeholder management skills
