Process Mining & Optimization Consultant

DataLane is a young internationally driven team of consultants ranging from university students, to PhD candidates to seasoned professionals. We aim to develop continuously. We started from our core expertise, Process Mining, with the ambition to set up a Global Process Mining Center of Excellence for international customers. Wherever in the world a question about process mining arises, we find the answer. Since 2014, we have been expanding this specialism and contributing to the development of process mining as a field of expertise.

In recent years, DataLane has further expanded its expertise in strategic consultancy, process optimization, process/workflow automation and advanced analytics. We work for clients in various industries such as ASML, Coca-Cola, Medtronic and Deutsche Telekom. DataLane works from 3 locations, one in Den Bosch (The Netherlands), one in Munich (Germany) and one in Verona (Italy).

Are you passionate about:

✔ Performing end-to-end process analysis and optimizations through Process Mining;

✔ Building Process Mining use cases through which we provide our (international) customers with highly valuable fact-based insights and with which they can significantly improve their business processes;

✔ Identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies of business processes at our customers and then advising them regarding possible optimizations.

Do you have, at least HBO/WO working and thinking level, knowledge of SQL, Python and/or other visualization tools? Are you analytically strong? Do you have a quantitative background, do you live in the Netherlands, do you speak fluent English and are you looking for a (preferably) second step in your career? We also help you grow through coaching and training to get the best out of yourself! You do not have to be able to do it all right away.
